How to make coffee with a Bialetti Mini Express

  1. Disassembling the coffee maker:
    Remove the cup base (the top part of the coffee maker), and rotate the heating element (the bottom part) clockwise - gently and without applying pressure to the central column.
  2. Filling with water:
    Fill the heating element with cold water, without exceeding the height of the safety valve .
  3. Adding a filter:
    Insert the funnel filter into the heating element.
  4. Adding coffee:
    Fill the filter with ground coffee that is suitable for the machine, without compacting it. Make sure there is no coffee residue on the rim of the machine body.
  5. Assembly:
    Reattach the cup base to the heating element, and turn the body counterclockwise until fully closed. Tighten gently - without applying force to the column.
  6. Preparation on a heat source:
    Place the kettle on the heat source, with two cups under the column, on the base of the cups.If it is a gas flame - make sure that the flame does not extend beyond the bottom of the appliance.On electric or ceramic stoves - do not use the highest heat setting.

Cleaning instructions

After each use, rinse with lukewarm water only -  without using detergents and/or abrasive scrubbing agents. 


Do not put in the dishwasher, as this may damage the product and affect the taste of the coffee
