How to make coffee with Brikka

  1. Filling water:
    Fill the lower boiler with cold water, using the measuring cup provided with the machine.
  2. Adding a filter:
    Insert the funnel filter (panel) into the boiler.
  3. Adding coffee:
    Fill the filter with ground coffee mixture for the machine, without compacting it, making sure there is no coffee residue on the edge of the machine.
  4. Closing the kettle:
    Screw the top onto the kettle and tighten gently.
    Avoid applying unnecessary pressure or forcing the handle.
  5. Cooking:
    Place the microwave on the heat source.With a gas flame - make sure the flame does not spill over the edges.On electric or ceramic stoves - do not use the highest heat setting.
  6. The miracle moment:
    Within a few minutes, a little coffee will begin to come out, accompanied by a characteristic Brikka puff, which symbolizes the beginning of foam formation.
  7. Foam test:
    After a few seconds, make sure the foam is fully formed inside the top.
  8. Pouring:
    Pour the coffee into glasses, evenly distributing the coffee and the resulting crema.

Cleaning instructions

The Brikka machine should be washed after each use,  with water only .
Do not use detergents ,  and do not put in the dishwasher  - to preserve the product and the original taste of the coffee
